Stacker is the main access equipment in automatic storage system. According to the computer instruction, it can walk along the horizontal and vertical directions in the roadway between the three-dimensional shelves, and take out or store the goods on the goods grid with a fork. In terms of mechanical structure design, the stacker fully absorbs the advantages of Japanese design: fast speed: simple structure, light weight, fast speed and low energy consumption. Long service life: a number of anti-wear and anti impact designs are adopted, and the key components are not easy to be damaged in long-term operation. Few failures: due to the comprehensive advantages of the structure, the failure rate can still be maintained at a low level even after long-time operation.
